Advanced gymnastics recreational class
Gym Skill Builders:
Moving athletes beyond cartwheels, pullovers and handstands. Gymnasts will be looking at learning more advanced gymnastics skills like roundoffs, back handsprings and somersaults. Gymnasts must have strong fundamental skills and be motivated to practice.
Class Info: 1.5 hours, once a week / Co-ed / Graduation from Gym Skills or prior experience required / For quicker skill development 2 x lessons per week is recommended / option to add a trampoline class one day a week.
