Gym Skill Builders:
Moving athletes beyond cartwheels, pullovers , seat landings and handstands. Gymnasts must have strong fundamental skills and be motivated to practice.
Class Info: 1.5 hours, once a week / Co-ed / Graduation from Gym Skills or prior experience required / For quicker skill development 2 x lessons per week is recommended / option to add a trampoline class one day a week.
