Kindy Gym

Kinder Gym is gymnastics program designed especially to benefit under 5’s. It helps to develop coordination, movement, confidence, balance and flexibility through fun and challenging physical activities.

It also helps children to learn to follow instructions, take turns and interact in a class environment. It is designed to develop the whole child, socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically in a safe, structured, multi-sensory environment, where the child may creatively explore and practice life skills, whilst developing self-confidence and self-esteem.

All in One

All in 1 Gym Fun:

A fun, ability based class exploring trampolining, gymnastics and tumbling! 

Work on key foundation skills that will be required for learning advanced skills.

Class Info: 1 hour, once a week / No experience required / 5+ years / Co-ed / For quicker development 2 x lessons a week is recommended. 

Gym Skills

Gym Skills: 

Focusing specifically on artistic gymnastics, this ability-based class will extend on basic foundations and get the gymnasts cartwheeling in no time!

Class Info: 1 hour, once a week / Co-ed / Graduation from All in 1 Gym Fun or some prior experience required / For quicker development 2 x lessons a week is recommended / Option to add a trampoline class one day a week.

Gym Skill Builders

Gym Skill Builders:

Moving athletes beyond cartwheels, pullovers , seat landings and handstands. Gymnasts must have strong fundamental skills and be motivated to practice. 

Class Info: 1.5 hours, once a week / Co-ed / Graduation from Gym Skills or prior experience required / For quicker skill development 2 x lessons per week is recommended / option to add a trampoline class one day a week.

Trampoline 1/2

Trampoline 1/2: 5 - 10 years

Focusing specifically on the trampoline discipline, this class will teach the fundamental shapes and landings required to perform more advanced skills safely, as well as starting to learn front and back somersaults.

Class Info: 1 hour, once a week / Co-ed / Graduation from All in 1 Gym Fun or some prior experience required / For quicker skill development 2 x lessons a week is recommended / option to add a gymnastics lesson one day a week

Trampoline 3

Trampoline 3A: 9 - 12 years

This class is for athletes who have mastered the basic shapes and landings and are now learning more advanced skills and somersaults. Athletes will also learn to link somersaults together and have the option to compete at interclub competitions. 

Class Info: 1 hour, once a week / Co-ed / Graduation from Tramp Skills or prior experience required / For quicker skill development 2 x lessons a week is recommended. 

Trampoline 4

Trampoline 4A: 10 - 15 years

Once somersaults are mastered athletes will move on to level 4A to continue learning multiple somersaults and twisting.

Class Info: 1.5 hours, once a week / Co-ed / Graduation from Tramp Skills or prior experience required / For quicker skill development 2 x lessons a week is recommended. 

Adults

These classes cater for gymnasts from 16 years up and the difficulty is tailored to the individual's ability. You are never too old to have a try. ​

 

The first part of the session is spent on a warm-up including strength, flexibility and basics, then the gymnasts nominate their preferred activity for the rest of the time. Coaches are constantly working and trying to get the best from each participant so you are guaranteed to learn new skills and find muscles that you never thought you had!

 

So if you are an ex-gymnast or have never done gymnastics but always wanted to be able to do a somersault or cartwheel, or you simply want to get fit and have a six pack then come along and have a go.
